Since I'm a fair weather smoker, I haven't done too much lately, but 40* at the end of December....can't not not smoke today. Nothing thawed so ran up and got 2# lean ground beef, seasoned it with SPO and mixed in some bread crumbs and 2 egg whites, and a few chx breasts seasoned with Jeff's rub. At 230*, a little under 3 hours got the meat loaf up to 160* and the chx up to 165*. About 2 hours of Pecan and Oak. Can hardly wait for dinner. Heres a couple of QViews.
