Try some chicken breasts 150 degrees for 4 hours. Then you can sear when they come out or don't. Depending on the intended use I may or may not sear them. They are great for adding to a salad for a healthy meal. Do some extra ones I usually do about a dozen at a time then vacuum seal in packs of one.
Oh and your welcome and my rechargeable pepper grinder came in today thanks to the other enablers :emoji_laughing:
 
I have 2 of that exact SV, love them. pork chops come out great in it. I also got SV container with a built in rack to hold the meat below the water line. I also sometimes use a pot and a ceramic cup for a weight.
