I just want to post a big thank you to Jeff on his special edition of his newsletter titled "How to Smoke a Turkey". For those of you who are looking to do this next week, Jeff has given great instructions. He also included some great side recipes. If you don't subscribe to his newletter, you need to.

I'm reminded again that this forum and its owner are terrific. Show your support by making a donation or buying his rub and/or sauce recipe. I think the recipes would make a great Christmas present to yourself! I bought it months ago and it is the only rub I use now.
