I would like to thank all of you for your help answering questions. Reading questions you have asked and those that have answer.

I took pulled pork to the lunch today. i smoked the butt last Saturday for 13 hours and a temp of 200. I had all sort of compliments. Everyone loved the pitmaster smoke.
