Looking for something different to try? This stuff is great by itself in a bowl S a side, great for tortilla chips, or even on a pulled pork sammie.

Just happened to be getting ready for Easter lunch and thought I'd share. If you try, I hope you enjoy, I'm sure you will!

That's a tasty looking take on Cowboy, Texas or whatever ya call it Caviar.
I'm hungry, pass me a bowl, please!

I make mine with one or more types of beans, often more than one variety in the salad.
Also do it with or without Avocado.

It's is great as a salad, chunky dip or definitely on a BBQ Sammie.
