teriyaki beef sticks

Good morning from Minnesota. Does anyone have any experience or a recipe for teriyaki unstuffed beef sticks. Thought perhaps I could use my jerky shooter to make sticks & then smoke them. Any thoughts or suggestions?

A Jerky Shooter would work Great !!

Below is all the stuff I do that is unstuffed.

It's not Teriyaki, but you can change that:

Smoked Ground Beef Products (Sticks Logs, and Loaves):

Unstuffed Beef Sticks (All Beef)           

Smoked Bear Logs (All Beef)           

Smoked Bear Loaf (All Beef)     

Smoked Mini-Bear-Loaves (All Beef)

Thanks so much for the reply. I tried your loaves last week & they were simply awesome. They will disappear fast. Any suggestions as to the ratio of teriyaki sauce/lbs of meat? Your help & recipes are very much appreciated as I am learning about the art of smoking. thanks again

I used to get Teriyaki Steak in a restaurant, when I was stationed in Hawaii, after Vietnam, and I have never tasted a Teriyaki Glaze like they had at that Restaurant !!  I wish I had their recipe!!!  It was Awesome!
