Temperature gauge?

I am planning on putting a better temp gauge on my smoker. Any recommendations???

I was looking at A BBQ PRO with a 2" dial, but am not informed enough to make a decision!

Get an american made ashcroft or Tel-Tru.

I would go with either a Tel-tru BQ300 with a 3" black dial and a 4" stem. or a Soicewine Smoker Thermometer, also a 3" dial but with a 3" stem.

The Tel-tru is more expensive but the housing is stainless steel and, for me anyway, the black dial is easier to read.

I have purchased three therms for the door on my GOSM big block from his company, never had a problem and they all calibrated within an acceptable range. Nuff said.
