Sorry for the screw up my bad.

What I was trying to say was I have a couple of used Temperature controllers listed on ebay that would work great for a electric smoker if you just want to set it and forget it and not worry about checking temps every 15 min. I use one and it works great. These sell for around $300 new.

You would need to get a thermocouple for it. check it out.
