Temp resource.?

Is there somewhere on this forum that has a really good resource for what the temps should be in everything you smoke.?? I got one that came with my smoker, and want to compare what some of the "pros" use vs what is on the back of the booklet. :)

you know, i didn't even look at that stuff.. my instincts have always told me that the stuff on the sides of the web pages are ads. HAHA.
