Hey, its been awhile since I've been on here. Football season starts for us this weekend, and I plan on dragging out the smoker. I was going to smoke some ribs like I usually do, but I only have about a 3-4 window to smoke. I was planning on some ABT's, wings, brats, and maybe a couple of mini fattie things. I was just wondering what would be some good ez/cheaper things to throw on the smoker for tailgating.

I'll be sure to get some Q-view this time, and pics of the game.

Thanks
-Nick

chicken! Cheap, easy, when cooked, pull and sauce for pulled chicken sandwiches. Some sausages, brat or italian, for sausage sammies...burgers, hotdogs, beans...

Get some pre made angus buurgers from Sam's club. Fast and easy.

If you only have a few hours to smoke I would try some chickens either whole or pieces their pretty fast. Maybe some abt's or always good or maybe a fattie or two they are always a crowd pleaser and are quite filling to. You could smoke some hamburgers like ron said there are alot of things you can prepare before hand and some you can even pre smoke and then just heat them at the pre game parties. The list goes on and on for along ways just think about it.
