Ray, I hear ya. I love eating Rock cod dishes, then Salmon but most of our Salmon is smoked or given away to friends, family, etc, along with the smoked Ling.Some fine looking pink, the best thing to do with it! I fished Monterey to Bodega Bay 45 years, got to the point about the only time we'd have a salmon dinner was after the Monterey opener, stop off in Castroville for some fresh chokes, California cuisine at it's finest. Could never get enough of lings and rockfish, that's what I miss. RAY
