T-Drum Style Smoker / Charcoal Grill *First Build*

Hey guys! Im new to the forum and to smoking in general. I have been looking all summer for a nice charcoal grill but all the ones I like have been a little out of price range at the moment so I decided to build me one. Im using 2 55 gallon drums. The bottom drum will be for my wood. This is what I have so Far. Hoping to finish it up this weekend.Still need to cut the bottom door and a few other things. Again im new to all this so if there is anything I should add or do to this smoker/grill ( i will be using it for both) please let me know. Thanks
