...is a local BBQ chain around Charleston. They have 4 locations around Charleston and 1 in Myrtle Beach. I had never been to one, but a birthday party Wednesday night brought my wife and I to the Summerville location.
Doing a little research online, I discovered they only cook with wood and pulling in I noticed a big offset smoker out back. On the menu are plenty of options and I was going to get a 1 meat platter but I chose a 2 meat platter with pork belly and turkey breast because a customer there said the turkey was the best thing on the menu, comes with 2 sides. I had the hash & rice and the brisket baked beans. Also added the pickled veggies which looked amazing online, they did not disappoint...

It was all really good and this was enough for 2 meals. So if you're ever in the Charleston area and looking for some good BBQ, check out Swig & Swine. I don't think you'll be disappointed...
