So I have a 6 lb chicken brining in orange juice consontrate a cup of salt 2 limes and a s load of garlic , 2 bay leafs and gal of water.
Tomarrow it hits the smoker with some cherry wood.

Sorry no problem no pic of chicken on the grill or before slicing. But it was moist and juicy.
Used Jeff's rub at 350 .. what I learned today.. only use kingsford .. someone gave me a box of coconut shell charcoal.. so I started the cook with that .. it produced no heat .. so I had to regroup and switched over to kingsford blue.. it was a hard smoke. The skin wasn't pretty . But the fam loved it..
 
Moist and very tender. The citrus breaks down the fat in the chicken
