I like everything about my new stuffer except for the height the tube is from the table. So, another trip to Lowes was in order. I bought a lazy Susan swivel, 24" x 1 1/2" round Spruce, and a 16" x 3/4" round Birch. I gave the top piece 5 coats of butcher block conditioner. And put it all together. And when it's not being used. It will be a lazy Susan for utensils. I'll let you know how it does for sausage. But I don't see a problem with it.

Very cool!
I just put a little water on my granite & the sausage just slides real easy!
It just naturally curls up into a ring.

That was my original thought as well. But the tube was so high off the counter that I was having trouble doing sausage. It would probably be fine with summer sausage.
