It raises a red flag for me when I see 50% of the Amazon reviews are from non verified reviewers.
 
I would worry about the threaded shaft wobbling real bad when it's screwed all the way out for a full load ...
 
I was looking for a cheap stuffer on the bay a while back and saw those. Very attractive price point, but the lack of gear reduction and the fact it's almost twice as long full as empty worried me. Gonna be a bit awkward trying to crank and hold casings at arms length apart and heaven forbid if you need to put some muscle into it. I passed.
