What's the best way to store jerky? I find mine is getting a glossy 'film' on it after a few days in an airtight container? Should I add rice or vacuum seal it?

Thanks!!!

Store it in a paper bag, it needs to breathe. even though it was dried there is still some moisture in it and in a plastic bag or airtight container condensation can occur and mold can grow. Anything I won't eat in a week or so I will vac seal and refrigerate or freeze, keeping the air off by vac sealing helps keep the mold from growing.
