Hi been an avid bbqer (grill) for years and decided to step it up when I built a new double grill by adding a smoking oven on the side. Its still a work in progress as I'm always busy with 3 jobs, club dj, Web designer and wfp window cleaner (bit random I know but I'm never bored). Not a stranger to forums I've hung around a few and know I'll pick up a lot of valuable tips so thanks in advance. I'm in robin hood country in the UK by the way. Ian.
