It was a ribeye and twice baked potato kind of night again… put some twice baked potatoes on for a while before started searing the ribeyes.

Melting the cheese over bacon topped twice baked potatoes while the steaks cooked indirect after the sear.

Looks great . Lot of steak hitting the grill lately . I just got done eating , and that's making my mouth water .

That is the definition of good meat and taters! Surprised your hot kettle didn't fall through the snow, that was hot enough to even melt ND Snow....:emoji_laughing:
