Does anyone know everything one must go through to sell bbq roadside? I have a space I Am renting and converting a room into a kitchen. Have food handlers. Very kitchen savy. Will have kitchen inspected by health inspector upon completion. Anything else would be great. Thanks

I would suggest getting with the Health Department before you start anything and find out what the requirements are

Good advice here!  Having been an independent in food service I can tell you the health department is who you need to listen to and satisfy, everyone else is just friendly advice and may not be good advice.

A person I once knew use to vend BBQ on weekends a little south of you at a park in St Augustine. As I recall, he initially had to secure individual permits to do so from the State, County, and City.

For openers, you should start by reviewing the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services website for their requirements and permitting procedure.
