I posted one message already and after reviewing all the input given to others, I am sure I will become a regular on this site. Nothing better than downing a cold Yuengling or two or three or ? While watching the white smoke and pit temp for 6 or 7 hours on a hot summer day. I am looking forward to learning this craft from all the vets.

Cowgirl - the picture on your profile page, I would really like to attempt to smoke a whole pig using that simple method, can you give advice or direct me to where I can get it?
