I coulnd't find it on the search. If you like Pea soup check this out. When I had the restaurant years ago, we would save all the rib drippings which would form a gelaten. We would then make a Basic split pea recipe using the drippings as the stock of the pea soup and onions, carrots, celery, and whatever, potatoes if you like them.
