Had some CSRs... cut the meat off the bones and chunked about 2.5 pounds..
Used this recipe for the marinade..

Soaked them for a day..then skewered and on to the BGE..
Took them off at about 145....
Italian bread is not possible here so got some hoagie rolls and crisped up some onions for mine..
Hers was plain..
