Smoking B what cutter do you use for the hot dogs? Is it called an Outset?

I don't use a cutter for my spiral dogs. I just run a skewer up through the center of the dog, hold a sharp knife at an angle to the dog, slice down to the skewer & roll the dog away till it gets to the end of the blade. Repeat once & the dog is usually done. Slide it off the skewer & you're ready to go
