Hi guys! 27y/o male here. I just bought my first pellet smoker. It's the Green Mountain Daniel Boone. When I was younger I used an upright gas smoker and wood fired. I used to do bbq catering using a very very large pellet smoker. It would hold 500 pounds of pork butt. My wife was promoted to GM at a large Pizza Hut so I'm a part time driver for her and full time Mr. Mom. I used to me a paramedic/fire fighter. I let that go and maintain my EMT-B.
