Southeast Camper Dutch Oven Gathering

Hello Everyone, 

We are a new IDOS, International Dutch Oven Society chapter located near Charlotte, NC 

We will be having our first Southeast Camper Dutch Oven Group Gathering at Kings Mountain State Park, SC on 4-28-2012 We have rented a shelter for our dutch oven gathering. The shelter has a fire place along with restrooms and parking. Camping is available too.

We had a real good time at our 1st Southeast Camper Dutch Oven Gathering at Kings Mountain State Park in South Carolina.

We had Spicy Venison Pie, Pork Roast, BBQ, Sausage and Chicken Gumbo for starters along with a Butterscotch Rum Bunt Cake, Peach Cobbler etc. It amazing the spread these guys put out. I would have never thought that we could get fat camping, This was a major feast.

We had 13 cooks and 18 black pot and with guest and family totaling over 20 people.
