Hey all, well this was a sous chefs request! Not a lot of pics but they like to post stuff here on SMF when they request & help with a smoke! This butt was stubborned & took 14 hrs to smoke at 280* Used a Memphis Style rub called Pigs Ass Rub! That is the real name of the rub & it is real tasty on butts & ribs!

Looks nice and moist; can almost taste it from here. PP will always be one of my favorite smoked meats.
