Going with some Owens honey bbq stick mix and thinking the other 5lbs some south african dry droewors (this might change) as my other gkids want some regular sticks.

Cut shot of yesterdays sticks. Normally i dont cut so soon out of the smoker but since my g-kids leave tomorrow i had to cut and seal.

What does dry droewors taste like or have in it???
If you google Len Poli he has a droewors recipe. I have made his recipe a few times and its good.
