Here I am, the day after Christmas thinking that I couldn't have had a better one! I had great time w/ family, 19.7 inches of snow, 50 mph winds with more wind to come. Had nothing to do tonight, really so I began taking pics of the Christmas goodies..

Everything I was got was more or less food/bbq/smoke related..

Cold weather deerskin work gloves - I tell you, these things ROCK!

A new little gadget from the UK (still on it's way) built by ProQ. The ProQ Cold smoke generator..I'm gonna love the heck outta this thing when it finally gets here!

SOB, not a problem at all..I actually plan on doing it w/ my first smoke. It comes with 100g of Oak that I'm going to use to do some cheeses, olives, and pecans/almonds. Cowgirl gave me that idea when I saw her post a while back. My folks said they ordered it a week before xmas, and the distributor didn't realize that they were ordering it to ship to the US..so it should be here within the next 6 months...I hope.

Nice haul! The good wife came thru with some nice BBQ stuff as well. She got me a Mav. remote therm, a pair of insulated food handling gloves & a rib rack. Looks like if may be ribs for New Years.
