Just waiting for smoker to get to temp and cracked a cold one. Sprint Unlimited is on at 6:00 so figured til then just as well fire up the smoker. Like I need an excuse, I'd have fired it up anyway. TBS and a cold one, life's good !!
So thinking should I smoke a Tri-tip or brisket. Decision: Why not both !!

On the smoker they go for a little while. How could ya not love this stuff, wish everyday was a smokin good day. Guess that's what makes it all worth it on the days ya can just fire it up and enjoy !

Nothing too exciting, only about 4 lb. but bought it on a whim, they were outta the packers. Thought what the hey, give it a try. The IT is at 180* right now so just waiting patiently :devil: .
