Was that done (BCS)beercan style , or just a lay out? However , it had to be flavorful with 2 days in the Brine. Not that it hurt it(as long as it was handled corectly), but just time to swim around and soak up juices , Mmmmmmmm. Have you tried the Slaughterhouse Brine?

Oh, yes. Glad to meet you. Stan here , and hope you choose us to call home.

Looks great...... That does look like a cool smoker..... Only bad thing is keeping the glass clean. We have a MES with the glass window at work, we basically gave up on keeping it clean..

hey ty and oldschool i laid it flat and did use the slaughterhouse brine it was great,

ty ham and also jarjar i found fireplace glass cleaner at mendards it works great

Nice smoker. Is it insulated? Double burner and insulated would be a big hit around here when the snow flys, and its coming soon.

As for keeping the glass clean.  I use rubbing alchohol on a rag. Soak the rag pretty good and just wipe away. If you do this every 5 smokes or so, youll have no problem keeping it clean. Plus rubbing alchohol evaperates leaving no chemicals in your smoker.

I have used a magic eraser to clean the glass. Works fast and easy, so there is probly some kind of cancer disease I will catch as a resukt of my laziness....but it does work perfectly.
