Smoking in the winter

Well, I was on my way, but now this new snow and hurricane winds are trying to bury it again. A real twisted game of Where’s Waldo. Guess I will be digging it out again this weekend.
 
I smoke all winter, some days in shorts and t-shirt.

I use the MES year around. Even did a pork butt with the OAT below zero last month. I will admit that the offset sits until it's warm enough to put a garden chair and a beer table next to it.
 
I have a bradley and put a 4" stove pipe on top of the smoke and ran it up though the roof in my shed. cut a 1 1/2 by 3" slot at the bottom the stove pipe (acting like a door) so i could regulate the heat.. love my bradley .. but during the cold winter months here in nebraska i found i had to get a water heater to help insulate ..
