Hi, my name is Eddie and I received my Little Chief today at noon and have a load of beef jerky smoking now, as we chat. I haven't smoked for about 25 years. I was taking to a good friend about it the other day, he said he had the little chief, and well, here we go. Looking forward to getting the current info on this endeavor and learning some new tricks along the way.
