Ok guys, I've been grilling decently (IMHO) for a few years and grew up cold smoking preserved wild game, though its been a while. I'm trying to get back into smoking and am planning on making a couple UDS with a friend. He has a cheap $60 dollar smoker that I've been playing around with and have been making some really good smoked pork butt lately but we wanna start competing locally, for fun. Any recommendations on the UDS would be welcome as I'm trying to keep it cheap and simple. I will be posting pics once I get started on it. I'm looking forward to working with this awesome community.
