smoking for daytona 500

Gonna smoke to 170 cover then put in drumsticks for the last Couple hrs. Good rub good wood and my master built smoker!!!

uummm... pretty vague ... could kinda explain a little better ... I even enlarged it and still can't tell what it is.... then I looked at the group you posted in to maybe help me out a little bit... but it's in general discussion group...

My bad, its a brisket, 3 lbs. The flat of it. 2nd time I'm doing one. And as you can tell by now I'm a newbie here. :usa:
