I don't post on here very often but I have found this site to be very helpful so far. I thought I would share with y'all what I'm up to today. Decided to smoke a small chuck roast, about 3.5 lbs. Here's the kicker, I'm using green aspen wood on top of Kingsford briquettes. I know most of y'all just jumped up and kicked your computer screen and possibly uttered or yelled a few obscenities. However, I live in CO and we have tons of aspen trees and I ain't rich, so I'm testing it out and seeing how this whole thing works out. I'll update y'all later today and if I figure out how to use pictures on here I'll post a few pics of the final product. Wish me luck.
