My first go round with venison sausage tonight in my masterbuilt electric (2-3 years old). I use the gas grill most - usually too hungry to wait for smoke. Ready to slow things down a bit. Have been succesful with brisket and wild turkey in the past. Can't wait to try some other cuts and jerky too after all I've read tonight.
