We're in Minneapolis MN and currently are using a Bradley smoker.  Love the web site and have your wonderful rib rub and love the new cookbook!

Anyone have hints on how to keep temps up in winter?  We seem to have trouble keeping temps where they are suppose to be.  usually they run 25 to 30 degrees lower then what we're looking for.  Other than that the bradley is great!  Easy set up and great smoke flavor!

- Sand filled water pan covered with aluminum foil should help maintain temperature.
- Get your Bradley out of the wind.
- An A-MAZE-N smoker should add 10º to 20º.
