3 smoked jalapeños
1 C. Cider vinegar
1 small onion
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 C. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 C. Brown sugar
1 Tbs black pepper
1 Tbs onion powder
2 Tbs minced garlic

Chop onion and jalapeños and place in food processor with vinegar. Liquify the mixture and add to all other ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and let simmer a couple minutes. Best to make a day or two ahead of time as flavors combine.
