I started this huge 50p gallon build a few weeks ago and im almost done. Its my second build but this is by far the largest one. Lots of planning, research and time was put in before i even started to cut the beast. I can cook 2 pigs, along with 60 full racks of st. Louis style ribs, close to 20 full pork butts, and i can heat and keep warm 10 full deep hotel pans for sides, or open up a slider that lets smoke in to smoke a extra 40 pork butts. Or what ever i want to cook. 500 gallon propane build, 2 seperate doors 1 long thats 57 inchs long and 30 tall, with 3 racks that are 56 long and 40 deep short one is 27 inches long and 30 inches tall with 9 racks 26 wide and 40 deep

Last one i built was about half this size. Same design with a double door but only 3 racks that inside a 250 gallon round tank ( used to hold diesel). And one of the fridge builds all on a trailer, all for my bbq business THE PIGS HEAD BBQ. i needed somthing bigger and a little less redneck looking even though it smokes beautiful i needed somthing much better looking not only for events but hope to soon also go into the circuit. Ive won quite a few competitions, here in michigan but nothing really big yet. Hope soon. Let me know what uou guys think of her. I also have a 3 topburner 150,000 btu. And soon hope to find a good deal on a 4 foot stainless steel prep table to add next to it.
