I've been grinding my own deer meat for a few years; only making ground meat and fresh sausage. Now Im wanting to build a smoke house in my backyard so I can start smoking my own. I want to build an outhouse style smoker unless someone has a better idea of one that will do the job but not be an eyesore. I'd like it to be a decent size, but not too large.
