Well heres a question for you guys or gals. I want to make some cured smoked hams but I don't want them cooked. So who has a sure fire method for this? I think I've read them as "raw" hams.

you can check the pork thread for other ways of "cold smoking" ham or bacon- that should work. or go to pork section & click search- ham
