Smoked some Salmon nuggets

First, I must thank stevecylka for his original post regarding this wonderful recipe. Wished I had done this recipe weeks ago. Yes, as you can see, I smoked the nuggets along with some filets which was a lot of work due to the nuggest cooking faster due to their size. Yes, they were put up on the two top racks and I still had to pull them out before the filets were done.

Next time, I'm doing a whole smoker full of nuggets!

Great job on those! They look great. I did some trout fillets the same time I did the nuggets a few weeks back and yeah, the nuggets were done earlier. I think I may need to do those again!

Looks like they came out great
