Has anyone ever tried this. When I lived in NC I used to make fried salmon patties. I know some of you have done hamburgers in the smoker so I imagine this would be easy enough. Add some of Dutch's maple glaze!!

Shell, I haven't tried salmon patties in the smoke, but have had mucho success with smokin' salmon fillets. Different subject though...
You have a neat idea there... I love fried salmon patties, I grew up on them. But smokin' them? Yes!! This definitely needs to be tried!
