Smoked Pork Ribs with Chocolate Chili BBQ Sauce

Got the ribs rinsed off, thinly coated with yellow mustard and rubbed them down with my rub.


Warmed up the smoker to 225F, Used apple wood chips, smoked for two hours.


Made Chocolate Chili BBQ sauce. Found recipe here:

and doctored to my taste.


Applied BBQ sauce at hour Three and Four


Pulled from smoker close to five hour mark


Cut up and ready to eat!Server with Cheesy Taters and Coleslaw.

Thanks for sharing, the sauce intrigues me, do you prefer over a standard Kansas. City style sauce?
 
Gonna do 3 racks this weekend for son and grandkids. Gonna try that sauce on one of them.
