Mix -
1 lb ground beef
1 lb mild pork sausage
garlic powder, onion flakes, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, worchestire sauce, bagged stuffing mix for breadcrumbs, and an egg.
Pre Smoke
Smoked using Pitmaster's choice pellets at 220-240 for 2 hours IT was 160 and foiled for around 45 mins since it smoked quicker than I expected.

All in all would not change a thing about the recipe except maybe throwing in some shredded cheese.
