Yes Dave I keep me some smoked black pepper around along with the smoked sea salt..Gives a very mello taste...give it a try..Todd I have sucked on rolled up corn silk when I was a kid...It always looked like out tree house was on fire....lol
We had something we called "smoke wood" we found on the beach.... Nasty stuff....
I'm gonna try the pepper when I do the bacon.... Oh yeah, I picked up some Jarlsberg Cheese yesterday to throw in with the bacon too.... I think Stan and Alesia said it was good.... It looks like Swiss Cheese on steroids.... BIG HOLES.....
