Hi Everyone

                Smoked my first brisket yesterday & it was stunning! The wife made the rub & bbq sauce up from scratch & I sorted the smoker teamwork! 5hrs later a perfect sunday lunch although it was in the eveining!! lol

No pics (Q-view) it never happened.

So what you need to do is the next time you smoke 

something, make sure you take photo's of it and put 

them in your post. We all love Q-view!

Your right, I was warned. My wife said I totally lost my mind. I am a crab lover. We were watching Deadliest catch one night and I said how much I would enjoy having 500 crabs to enjoy. She asked what I could possibly do with that much crab, before I even answered she said I know, you would try to smoke them.
