Well since the first time in my life I am unemployed what to do? Oh I know fire it up!!!!! Butt and a Brisket going in shortly!!

Thanks for thoughts. It all works out in the end. The wife enjoys having, house cleaned and laundry done. Told he make more money and I'd stay home full time!!

After 8 hrs of frustrating pleasure battling the 20 mph winds and trying to keep the temperature where it needs to be, I have raised the flag. Brisket on right pork butt on left. Brisket is done. Its for a friend. Butt is heading to the crock pot overnight!!
