here is the link to the events that are upcoming.
I noticed they have chile cook offs. no smoking events. in the past they have had the little hotdawg and burger trailers. there is normally a lot of folks there. and firefighters love smoke TBS and that would be thick black smoke, of course we can show them what tbs really stands for... what could be a better place to set up? show off your skills at the pit and I think for most of you a place to just do it cause you love and have a passion for smokeing.
I imagine that there are folks on this forum that try to get events together and find new places to go.
If it is a good idea, you (who ever you are that cordinates events) might want to solicate these folks and get on the band wagon. I hope this is okay to put here.
